  • Sé que esto es una dieta a corto plazo, pero son estas mismas las que generan un efecto rebote. Comiendo tan poco y tan limitado a la larga desembocará en atracones con todo lo que uno no se permitió comer :(( Bajar de peso no es magia, es un proceso que lleva tiempo, por eso siempre se recomienda comer variado y no restringir ningún tipo de alimentos (salvo en algunos casos específicos, no?). Hay que llevarse bien con la comida, quiero decir, no hay que vivir a verdura cruda. Se pueden hacer comidas deliciosas y muy nutritivas~ Espero que todo el que haya leído esto esté bien, tkm 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩✨

  • Id never do something like this diet but For thr first time I'll try becauxe i been binge eating recently I need to stop that and turn to my proper diet but first i need to shed a few kilos so I'll do this with a little changes such as two eggs in the morning as well as dinner or else I wont survive lol also with fruits ofc !   • Why are your even dieting to lose weight in such a short time. What's wrong with taking it slower. You will not even lose fat, just water weight. And gain it all back. You also have more chance to binge on junk. Just eat healthy...the kilos will drop once you eat healthy. And you don't have to feel miserable and less chance to binge. You're eating like 300kcal now?? Why are you not looking at a long term solution. I lost 20kg in 1 year. And I never have to diet again. I am 153cm and I lost weight eating 1500kcal. I walk 8000~10 000 steps a day. The weight stays off because I did weightloss slowly. Two eggs is not a meal. I also never have binges or cravings for junk food because I just eat normal. Just wait, in a few weeks you will be dissapointed when the weight comes back. Short term solutions never work.

  • Esta dieta es muy estricta y al ser así puede causar el efecto "rebote",talvez si estas por ir a un evento importante o algo por el estilo la dieta funcione de maravilla... Pero si quieres bajar de peso y mantenerlo es mejor que cambies algunos habitos y incorpores otros. Come sin culpa y ejercitate para sentirte mejor.. :D
